Some of the sounds are most definitely horrible--Distant Lawnmower, Highway!?! Not sure who would find those helpful to conquer insomnia. And dont understand why this app doesnt include the no-brainer of ocean waves. Heavy Seas, with the creaking boat in the background, isnt nearly as relaxing as just waves hitting the shore would be. But Backyard Thunderstorm is a dream--puts me to sleep & makes me sleep more soundly than without it.
